The NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission governs all exterior and some interior changes to any landmarked building in the City. Virtually all of NoHo is in one of three historic districts, and impacts what businesses are able to do with their storefronts. It can be really difficult to navigate through permits, what’s allowed, etc. Now, LPC will be hosting monthly office hours specifically for storefront businesses.

These office hours will begin on Thursday, October 20th, and will take place every third Thursday of the month from 9:00 – 5:00 for the foreseeable future. Sign up for the first information session here.
