The NoHo BID is thrilled to unveil our third NoHo Economic Snapshot. This report utilizes data from Placer.AI, a company that utilizes anonymized cell phone location data to estimate domestic foot traffic for locations, plus the BID’s internal data collection program to show how our community has grown, changed, and shifted over the years.
Our Winter 2025 NoHo Economic Snapshot offers a few key insights into the state of the neighborhood. First and foremost, NoHo continues to sustain record-setting visitor foot traffic. In September 2024, we shattered our previous foot traffic high, with 1.8 million domestic visitors. This number only includes those who live in the United States, and do not live or work in the neighborhood, so the actual number of people in NoHo any given day is much higher. Additionally, our offices and retailers continue to be robust and healthy, with a full and complete recovery from the pandemic.
