The Poni Room is a new seafood and rosé-focused dining den located beneath NoHo neighborhood favorite Saxon + Parole. Chef Brad Farmerie and Chef Nicole Gajadhar’s menu is driven by delicious under-the-sea dishes that compliment the extensive rosé program and signature cocktails. As an introduction to the neighborhood, The Poni Room is offering a glass of rosé on the house and 25% off with the code #rosécurious.

Chef Gajadhar and Farmerie’s menu of seafood-forward small plates, skewers and large plate offerings takes a pan-Asian approach full of varied and unique flavors. Guests can enjoy Uni Toast, Smoked Salmon with trout roe, avocado, cucumber and shishimi togarashi rice chip; Coconut Laksa with crab; Scallops Skewer with sweet chili sauce; and a Lobster Bake served with bao buns, lettuce wraps, house-made sauces and accompaniments. The menu also offers delectable, non-seafood options including Sesame Soy-Braised Lotus Root; Crispy Pork Belly with cucumber, chili-caramel, mint and cilantro; and Forever Crispy Wings.

The beverage program has a fun, interactive quality where guests can venture into the beverage room and take a look around at what suits their fancy. The biggest standout is the 20 different rosés on offer from a variety of winemakers and regions domestically and internationally. The pink juice will be available by the glass, by the bottle, and on tap. There will also be a modest selection of specialty cocktails including a rotating boozy slushie, bottled cocktails, as well as a selection of seasonal beers hailing from all over Asia.

The Poni Room is AvroKO’s third addition to the NoHo neighborhood and rounds out the trio of fun, equine inspired venues by AvroKO Hospitality at 316 Bowery.
