There’s a sunny new Italian hotspot in NoHo, welcome to the neighborhood Gia Bowery! Serving up light fare in a rustic space, their in-house wood-fired fare is a mouthwatering addition to the neighborhood. Currently they’re open for just dinner, but be on the lookout for expanded options soon.
“Gia, located in New York City’s NoHo neighborhood brings craveable Italian food, handcrafted drinks and much more. In addition to an array of mouthwatering wood fired pizzas, Gia’s menu includes flavorful pastas, appetizers, shareables, snacks and entrees. Menu highlights include: the Pesto Rossa Pizza, Calamarata pasta with squid, san marzano, capers, pine nuts and fennel seeds, “Fairytale Eggplant” with gorgonzola, sun-dried tomatoes and pickled scape and Branzino with fennel confit and herbs. Gia also offers a curated wine list along with specialty cocktails created by a master mixologist.”
