Here is a list of 5 tips to fix your common treadmill mistakes, and get the most of your workout!  

1- Create some space! Running too close or hugging the console restricts range of motion and stride length!

2- Lighten up and take light & quick steps

3- Imagine running forward instead of bouncing up and down

4- Arms should swing freely from the shoulder joint! Let go of those handles!

5- When trying to stop, slow down instead of hopping off to the sides.
