Click here for all of the activities during the afternoon at one of the city’s largest free children’s events on Halloween Day. Families will enjoy live performances, games, treats, and much more.
Families and children will gather at 3:00 PM at the arch in Washington Square Park. After the parade, activities will be held on West 3rd Street between LaGuardia Place and Mercer Street. Fairgrounds open at 3:30 PM.
