On a quiet NoHo corner at Mercer and West 4th Street, Spring Cafe is now open. This Aspen fan favorite has opened up with tons of seating indoors and outside. Featuring a huge selection of nutritious vegan and vegetarian fare, the menu is an exciting addition to NoHo. They’ve also got a coffee bar and pastries for quick snacks on-the-go!
