Member Registration Form

*The BID’s legal boundaries are from north side of Houston Street to the southern edge of Astor Place, from the east side of Mercer Street to the east side of Lafayette Street. You must be within this boundary to be a registered member of the BID.

While the BID serves all property owners, commercial tenants, and residents within the district, only registered members may vote, elect and serve as members of the BID’s Board of Directors. According to the by-laws, registered members are Property Owners, Commercial Tenants, and Residential Tenants within the District who have filled out a membership registration form.
