311 is an important tool that is critical to how New York City operates. It affects how city agencies operate, which areas of the city get the most responsiveness, and is the fastest way for the general public to solve a problem in their own neighborhoods. Available around the clock in both an iOS and Android app, by phone, or online, there’s nothing you can’t report to the city. There’s no problem too small to report, whether it’s a pothole or litter on the street.
