Do Christmas the Dickensian Way at The Merchant’s House Museum: The Merchant’s House Museum has brought back its beloved readings of A Christmas Carol by John Kevin Jones. If you’ve never seen this incredible production, make it a must this year! Join Charles Dickens, ported by Jones, in the New York City of 1867, as he performs the classic Christmas tale as Dickens himself would have. Get tickets here

Grab a Drink Among the Decor of Great Jones Distillery’s Whiskey Wonderland: The Speakeasy cellar at Great Jones Distillery has been transformed into a beautifully decorated winter Whiskey Wonderland! Grab a seasonal drink made from their house bourbon, cozy up and enjoy. Learn more here.

See a Seasonal Show at the Sheen Center: On Thursday, December 21st, enjoy a special Connolly Sisters Christmas at the Sheen Center, featuring hidden gems and holiday classics. They also are hosting O Holy Night: A Global Celebration of the Christmas Creche in their gallery space all month long. See a Holiday Show at Joe’s Pub: Laugh through the holiday season at this iconic NoHo venue. The raunchy fan favorite holiday programming returns, including A Murray Little Christmas and Justin Vivian Bond’s Icing! They will also be debuting Kiki Ball-Change’s HANUKIKI, and Eva Noblezada, both of which are hilarious holiday cabarets. Lastly, the L Word Christmas Carol, featuring notable Queer comedians and carols. Check out their full calendar here

Sasaki Luminaria: This one of a kind event will be returning on Thursday December 14th from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Sasaki Garden will be set aglow and filled with music, art and creativity. Learn more here.

See Whose Naughty and Nice at Duane Park: Join Bowery’s intimate burlesque hall, Duane Park, for three special holiday themed performances, entitled Naughty or Nice?
