The NoHo BID is thrilled to present our Make Music New York in NoHo this Friday, June 21st! As part of the city-wide festival of music, the streets of NoHo will be filled with music all day long. Come outside to hear free music at some of your favorite NoHo stores, and be on the lookout for fun tunes all day long in NoHo and beyond.

Our headlining event is the NoHo Music Parade, featuring the legendary neighborhood-based Bond Street Theatre. We’ll kick things off at Shapiro Hardware at 4:00 PM. Then, follow their jazzy tunes down Great Jones Street to the Evolution Store, where they’ll arrive at approximately 4:25. Finally, they’ll wind their way down bustling Broadway to Bond 07 by Selima for the grand finale at around 4:50.

In addition, at 11:00 AM, The Evolution Store will be hosting Ishkara Heqwabti at their store located at 687 Broadway. Unwind with “relaxing soundbaths using chants, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, and traditional instruments to help release stress and promote inner stability. As a healing artist, she specializes in improvised music-medicine dedicated to guiding all toward inner harmony.”

At 12:00 PM, head to Bond 07 by Selima at 7 Bond Street to hear the incredible voice of Karen Bella. This Long Island based indie folk artist has been turning heads with a classic approach to folk tunes.

At 2:00 PM, Bond 07 by Selima will also be hosting Elisse. The popstar in the making is a fresh face in the music industry and has toured all over the country.

See you on the streets of NoHo! Please note that all times are approximate.
