This June, NoHo’s two NYPD Precincts will host their quarterly Build the Block Meetings. These meetings are your chance to share non-emergency, public safety concerns and chronic problems directly with your NCOs. It does not need to be a traditional 911 issue. These meetings are designed to address the difficult to solve, ongoing issues that happen.

If you are on the east side of Broadway, or further east, you are in the 9th Precinct and should attend their Build the Block Meeting. If you are on the west side of Broadway, or further west, you are in the 6th Precinct and should attend their Build the Block Meeting.

The 9th Precinct Build the Block will be held on Thursday, June 20th at 4:00 PM at Phebe’s (361 Bowery). For more information, visit their Twitter page.

The 6th Precinct Build the Block will be held on Thursday, June 13th at 6:0 PM at Hebrew Union College (1 West 4th Street). For additional details, visit their Twitter page.

If you can’t attend your meeting, but still have issues you need assistance with, you should reach out directly to your NCOs. They are here to serve you and work on whatever problems you’re facing. You can shoot them a text or email anytime of day and they will get back to you as soon as they’re able to. To get contact info for the NCOs, click here.
