The Odyssey
“The team behind the acclaimed Public Works’ productions of The Tempest and The Winter’s Tale, join forces again to create a breathtaking new musical adaptation, THE ODYSSEY. “
The Odyssey, inspired by the Pageantry Movement of the 1900s and re-imagining of Greek epics, is another brilliant play by the Public Works that is about “finding way home no matter where fate leads.”
Just as the previous plays were performed at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park, this final work of the trilogy, The Odyssey will also be at the Park, September 4th to 7th. The following are the ways to get tickets: Free distribution in Central Park, Free virtual ticketing lottery, Free downtown lottery, and distribution at Astor Place.
