
Coming to Joe’s Pub during World Pride Month, Justin Vivian Bond is bringing a divinely decadent evening of High-Faggotry, Snatched-Sapphistry, and Turnt-Transcendentalism celebrating 5 decades of queer dancefloor antics with exuberance and style. Mx Justin Vivian Bond is a trans-genre artist living in New York City with a long history on and Off-Broadway and in other artistic capacities. Mx Bond has received numerous accolades winning an Obie (2001), a Bessie (2004), a Tony nomination (2007), the Ethyl Eichelberger Award (2007), The Peter Reed Foundaton Grant, and a Foundation for Contemporary Arts Grants to Artists Award.
Expect 90 minutes of delightful entertainment equal parts funny, beautiful, and musically impressive. The show runs from 9:30 to 11:00 PM in the Joe’s Pub space. This exciting show only has five runs, daily from June 26th to June 30th.
