Aquamar Rio Opens Its Second New York Location
Aquamar Rio has recently signed a 15-year lease contract for their Brazilian retailer at 648 Broadway, an 8,000 s/f multi-level space. This being their second New York location, following the SoHo flagship, Aquamar Rio is one of Brazil’s best established retailers and design/manufacturers in women’s clothing and accesories.
“This is a great location for Aquamar Rio with tremendous foot traffic, day and night. Its proximity to NYU and the Village should be an immediat boon to the brand, too.” Said Brad Schwarz, representing the landlord in the transaction. …
