DESIGN PAVILION, sponsored by 125 Greenwich Street, in its inaugural year, presents a curated assemblage of creative structures and displays, serving as the public hub during NYCxDESIGN. It engages the community in lively design activities and increases awareness of the power of design and the many design activities occurring around town during the official design week. Through an immersive urban experience, design-focused pavilions will offer daily programming and interactive displays intended to entertain.
NYC DESIGN TALKS: In conjunction with DESIGN PAVILION, NYC DESIGN TALKS offers inspiring topics featuring some of today’s most insightful design thinkers exploring the relationship between design and community, the affects of design on everyday life and how it is shaping our future. Sessions held at The Cooper Union, Parsons The New School For Design, and Fashion Institute of Technology.
